ABOUT US

About Global Knights Foundation

Born from a vision to honor Nigeria’s unsung heroes our elders Global Knights Foundation stands at the forefront of elderly advocacy. With over 9.4 million seniors today and a projected 25 million by 2050, we address urgent needs in a changing Nigeria. Our journey began with Executive Director Ngozi John-Uyah, whose personal story of caring for her terminally ill father fueled a movement. Her 2023 NTA appearance for the Global Day of Parents crystallized this mission: “Parents give their all for us; we must give back to our elders.” From hosting Nigeria’s first National Day for Senior Citizens symposium in 2022 to sparking intergenerational dialogue at UNIDOP 2025, GKF transforms challenges loneliness, healthcare gaps, mobility barriers into opportunities for connection and reform. Like the Dave Omokaro Foundation, we advocate for policy shifts, but our heart lies in community: every smile, every meal, every safe journey counts.

Empowering Generations: Care Today for Dignity Tomorrow

At Global Knights Foundation, we champion the rights and well-being of Nigeria's elderly while celebrating the foundational role of parents in building resilient families. From advocacy to action, we're dedicated to compassion across all ages.
